Your gateway to being the healthiest vegan their is all lies down to consuming the healthiest foods on the planet.. Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts & Seeds and all the different kinds and colours.

I know from my own personal experience that the more fruits, vegetables, nut & seeds i eat, the better i feel. The more of these items i eat the healthier, lighter, happier and more motivated i feel and the better my digestion speed and consistency is. Which also leads to me having more energy. Being a vegan is one thing and its an amazing thing, but if your in it for the health benefits, you can most definitely be an unhealthy vegan because their is loads of vegan junk and processed foods that you can get your hands on. The more you avoid junk and processed food the better. The key to health is in the raw fruits, vegetables nuts & seeds. I know that is a fact for me... i feel it. Fruits, veg, nuts & seeds are made of all the main things your body needs.. Water, fibre, sugar, vitamins, minerals, fats and amino acids (Protein). For human beings it is creations food and i believe it should all be eaten as nature provides. I know i definitely feel best that way!

Food is what you survive and thrive on, without it you would be dead. So to feel your best ideally you want to have all your nutritional requirements met, from good clean natural sources designed to be consumed by humans. Every nutrient your body requires provides positive benefits for you.. imagine being fully loaded on all of them with good digestion, good rest, feeling good from your exercise, getting your sunshine, no stress and taking the time to do things you enjoy.. Can health get any better than that?

Water intake is also a big influence to your health. Baring in mind that most of the human body is made up of water.. that speaks for itself. Drinking plenty of water can provide a huge list of health benefits.

To be and feel healthy the main things you need is good sleep, a variety of good food (fruits, veg, nuts & seeds), a good amount of exercise, plenty of water, make time to do the things you enjoy that make you happy/feel good, spend time in our natural environment (nature) and minimize stress and worry. The truth is that is pretty much it, genetics do play a role of course, but in my opinion anyone can live a long, healthy happy life if all these things are done.
